Taketalbd  Refund Policy

We understand that occasionally, issues may arise with your order. Our Returns Policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product at the time of delivery, we are here to assist. Please review the following guidelines:

• Refund Policy:
• Customer will get refund within 5 to 10 working days  from  return requests date.

Delivery Policy:

Regular delivery time within Dhaka - 24 Hours and outside Dhaka - 48 Hours.

Return Request Timeline:

• Based on discussions with the Customer Relationship Management department at Taketalkbd, decisions regarding product changes or replacements must be communicated to us within 3 days of receiving the product. Otherwise, if delayed beyond 5 to 7 working days, your complaint may not be considered valid.

• Warranty Coverage:
• 
  In the case of electronic appliances and mobile phones issues that occur after the return policy period, please check if the product is covered under the seller's warranty or brand warranty. For detailed information on warranty claims, please consult our Warranty Policy.

Change of Mind:

• For selected categories, we do accept returns in the event of a change of mind. Please refer to the "Return Policy per Category" section below for additional information.

Valid Reasons for Returns:

You may request a return for the following valid reasons:

1. The delivered product is damaged, which includes physical destruction or breakage, or if it is defective, rendering it unable to function correctly (e.g., unable to switch on).
2. The delivered product is incomplete, indicating it is missing items and/or accessories.
3. The delivered product is incorrect, which includes receiving the wrong product, size, color, a counterfeit item, or an expired product.
4. The delivered product does not match the product description or picture, indicating that it differs significantly from what was advertised.
5. The delivered product does not fit, such as when the size is unsuitable.
